Refund Policy

1. Introduction
At Expert Eats Hub, a Fodxpert Ventures Private Limited based in Mumbai, we aim to provide a high-quality catering experience for every client. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines on cancellations, deposits, and refunds to ensure transparency in our services.

2. Deposit Refunds
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are typically non-refundable as they secure your event date and cover initial preparation. However, we may offer refunds or partial refunds for deposits in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made within 2 days of booking, if the event date is more than 7 days away.
  • Force majeure events, where circumstances beyond the client’s or Food expert Eats’ control make it impossible to fulfill the booking.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your catering order, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility is as follows:

  • [100% Refund] for cancellations made 10 Days before the event date.
  • [90% Refund] for cancellations made [5 days to event date].
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than [number of days] prior to the event, as preparations and ingredient purchases have likely been completed.

3.2 Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 10 days before the original date. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, though additional charges may apply. Refunds for rescheduled events are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within [number of days, e.g., 10-15 business days] after cancellation confirmation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refunds for Service Issues
If there is an issue with the service or quality on the day of the event, we encourage you to contact us immediately. While we strive for excellence, we will review any issues and may offer partial refunds, discounts, or other remedies if there is a valid concern regarding our food or service.

6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Costs incurred for special ingredients, rentals, or outsourced services.
  • Customized items that cannot be repurposed for other events.
  • Any setup or delivery fees, unless the issue is caused by Food expert Eats.
