3. Ordering and Booking
3.1 Placing an Order
Clients may place orders by contacting us through our website, phone, or email. Once an order is placed, it is considered a request until confirmed by Food expert Eats.
3.2 Booking Confirmation
Upon receiving a booking request, we will confirm availability, discuss your requirements, and send a booking confirmation. The booking is only confirmed once a deposit, if required, has been received.
3.3 Cancellation Policy

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate details about their event, including guest count, dietary preferences, venue requirements, and access to facilities. Food expert Eats is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information.
6. Event Changes
Any changes to the event, including guest count, location, or menu, must be communicated to Food expert Eats at least 10 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but additional charges may apply.
7. Food Safety and Allergies
7.1 Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
Clients must inform Food expert Eats of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event. While we take all precautions, we cannot guarantee that all dishes are free of allergens.
7.2 Food Handling
Food expert Eats follows strict food safety practices. However, we are not responsible for any issues that arise if food is not consumed within recommended timeframes or if it is mishandled after delivery.
8. Liability
Food expert Eats will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where required by law. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
